Amazing customer service! Cannot fault the experience every time I walk into this branch. Highly recommended for everyday banking... branch manager is also fantastic. No problem is ever trouble. Will continue banking with Greater for years to come.
I always find the staff friendly and happy to answer any enquiries. They currently have the best interest rates for savings accounts in town. There is never a wait for a teller and im always greeted with a smile.
Unfortunately a poor review after a few years of great service from The Greater Nowra.. I was barked at by a young teller when i wouldn't tell her how much cash was in a bag that I wanted to deposit.
