What a great service
I lost my ATM card and I want a new one. I went to the branch about three weeks ago and told them I had moved. I wrote down my new address for the teller to see. After a few minutes, she said it was done and I will receive the card in about 10 days. I waited and waited but didn't receive it. Rob was very responsive and great to deal with! He made the whole process so quick and seamless.
Went into the Charlestown branch this morning and was served by a lady named Tracey. I very simply just needed to get a one time bank password to do a transfer. She had the rudest demeanour, made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I have just never experienced this by someone in customer service before EVER, it was actually appalling!!
