Great , love the staff at Charlestown ,do most of our business here
Efficient, kind and friendly service. The first person I spoke to was able to help set up an account for my late mother's estate, which the bank she had been with for 50 years (aka 'Which Bank') simply could not (because of their own rules). I also loved not having to scan a QR code on entry and that there was no waiting in a long queue. What a wonderful difference.
