Very disappointed with the handling of my mortgage. I organised a loan change in person and provided proof of ID, with a call arranged for the 1st. No call came and my messages have gone unanswered. I’m now stuck in support limbo while being charged a high interest rate. Very poor communication and no clear ownership of the issue.

I’ve never heard of this bank as we live in QLD. Reached out to Greater after seeing an advertisement. Tammie called me up next day and explained the process, what she needed and was very clear and super friendly, she made the whole refinance process so easy, no stress and extremely quick. We will definitely refer all our friends and family to Tammie and the Greater bank.
Angela and the staff were fantastic and went above and beyond with helping us. Other similar organizations could learn a thing or two from them about how to listen to their clients and work with them instead of just being cold and saying no.
