Worst bank branch and most incompetent staff. Charges money $20 for RTGS fund transfer at 0915 am. But staff is so incompetent that they don't know what is RTGS transfer. Sit on funds till 0415pm. Staff needs to be competent to understand the meaning of RTGS and money charged for RTGS fund transfer. What is the point of RTGS transfer and payment of $20 if funds will not be transferred in real time. Save yourself unnecessary trouble and stay away from lake Haven branch and if possible stay away from Greater Bank.
