Edit to say that the online part kicks me out all the time!!!!!!! I can never reset my password, my son has an acct here and it always kicks him out. My experience with HopeSouth has been outstanding! The staff and management are wonderful. My personal account had some complicated issues…but they always handled everything, and solved every problem I had professionally, quickly, and with the utmost care. I highly recommend them for all of your banking and finance needs.
I withdrew my money and closed account due to the Lady that runs the bank, disclosed and mocked my private info in front of staff and other customers. She is rude, arrogant, and truly I feel has a power complex. It was humiliating and so uncomfortable. I could tell her staff also felt uncomfortable and on edge in her presence as if on egg shells.
