We tried a new one this time. But i like the one in Gurnee more. This one is way too spread out. Finding family members was so hard because of all the areas. The activities area by the fireplace was crammed. We really enjoyed the separate Magiquest area, that was really cool. But everything else was sp spread out.
My family arrived late around 9pm. Once I got to customer service I waited in line for about 10 minutes or so before the two ladies even noticed someone was standing there. We were in the room about 30 minutes before the neighbors called and complained. My kids wasn't even making noise but once I came from the car the staff were already at the door listening. Great time with the grandkids. Lots of things to do!!
We went for the water park for one day. Check-in is unreasonably slow. The desk worker spent a lot of time typing on the computer, way more than should be necessay. $20 a day for parking is an insane rate for the area. Giving a phone number AND email to pay for parking is unnecessay. I made the mistake of giving my phone number and had to block "Willow" the text bot since it kept sending pointless messages.
