Buyers beware! I would suggest not using this company for any warranty. They do not honor accident protection at all. What a scam. I contacted the BBB to intervene and this company completely ignored them.

Bought a powered recliner chair for my husband for Father’s Day two year ago. Was told by Furniture Row that the warranty would cover stains, rips/tears, and any issues with motor. The motor on the chair starting catching when opening the foot rest, resulting in a loud popping noise, every time it was opened. My claim was denied with reasoning being the plan doesn’t cover motor issues. Absolutely awful company. Do not use them.
I also really mean zero stars. I bought a comprehensive warranty for my couch that apparently doesn't cover having the back squeak (even though the store already fixed that same issue twice in other sections) or a smashed electrical cord (even though the salesman specifically told us it covered electrical wire is the only reason we felt comfortable buying a couch with so many moving parts). THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!! if you purchase a protection plan through Furniture Row with them they do not honor any type of damage. It's a waste of money! Thus company should be shut down!
