We’ve had good service with product formulation and manufacturing of our organic body care products.
Good products for my furniture, the fabric protect works well at repelling water on my new sofa. Also really enjoy the hand soaps.
Buyers beware! I would suggest not using this company for any warranty. They do not honor accident protection at all. What a scam. I contacted the BBB to intervene and this company completely ignored them.

Bought a powered recliner chair for my husband for Father’s Day two year ago. Was told by Furniture Row that the warranty would cover stains, rips/tears, and any issues with motor. The motor on the chair starting catching when opening the foot rest, resulting in a loud popping noise, every time it was opened. My claim was denied with reasoning being the plan doesn’t cover motor issues. Absolutely awful company. Do not use them.
