I've had a commercial and personal account here for 5 years and had more hassles than I could possibly list off. I was very reluctant to switch banks because I don't like the big names- Wells Fargo, Chase, Bank of America but the problems have become too much, done with them.
Avoid this bank, antiquated online platform, poor service, impossible to withdraw large amounts of money without fees. Started charging for my kids’ accounts as great western and now as first interstate.
Can't make deposits from any ATM. Terrible customer support. Definitely haven't felt welcomed in any branch thus far. Really regret signing up to bank here.
