I should have tried acupuncture years before, because it has helped me so much. You know that feeling that if you could only reach in and push on that place deep in your joint, all the pain could start getting better? Acupuncture is for that feeling. Lauryn is responsive and great at getting to the source of the pain and stiffness. And they take insurance!
