Purchased a set of Phonak hearing aids about a year ago. One if them died about 3 months ago and it was repaired under warranty quite quickly. Just went back for a tune up. No charge. Tommy and the staff are very friendly and are committed to making the experience as pleasant as possible.
I had my first hearing test since I was a little girl, I had many when I was young so I will admit I was a tad nervous. However I am very pleased with my visit. Janica was my technician and she made the experience comfortable and calming. I highly recommend Janica at Waterway hearing for all your hearing concerns or even just a check up.
Janika was great. From the first appointment till the final appointment she showed compassion and great knowledge of what was in my budget. Very happy client. I recommend that you take the time to call to start your process to your hearing needs.
