We booked with a quick call, receptionist was friendly, knowledgeable about my request and was able to book us quickly. Location was great , lots of parking, easy access to the building. Inside the office, was very clean, well set up, was made to feel very comfortable. Our hearing instrument specialist, Thomas Pilla was exceptionally good with my son.
