Scam alert. They force you into buying their insurance by requiring $500,000 in liability (the Florida state minimum is 10k) if you want to use your personal policy. And their insurance is $150/day. Total scam.
Pésimo servicio al cliente y peor aun realizamos reserva y cuando llegamos a recoger el vehículo no lo tenían ni nos pudieron dar otro igual al que solicitamos de antemano. Nos dejaron sin auto a una familia de 8 personas en plena navidad. Desde el mes de diciembre estoy esperando la devolución del dinero que cobraron por separar la reservación y todavía no lo han reembolsado.
La mejor compañia, confiable al 1,000%; buenisimos precios y super amable el personal, les tenemos mucha estima a su gente. En alquiler de auto cuando visitamos ORL sin duda alguna son nuestra compañia. A ojos cerrados con ellos. <3
