unhappy customer Went into Lodi store Sunday 4/24/16, I am a platinum member which entitles me to 20% off all product. To my surprise yesterday they tried to give me a new membership card, dropping me down to 15% on ONLY food and housing. No more % off of live animals. I have only had this membership for approx. 6 months and they have changed the rules without letting anybody know. This "IS" a violation in there contract. Great Valley Serpentarium is amazing!!! The Serpentarium is one of my favorite places to go. They are very knowledgable They always help me to answer any questions. They are 100% there for me at any time. My baby kingcorn wouldnt eat for 3 weeks I called they just said take her down and well take care of it. And they did. Great Valley Serpentarium is a reputable store Though I don't feel I could call him a friend as such, so I feel I am impartial, I have known the proprietor of Great Valley for a long time and have bought several snakes from him and was never disappointed. I even sold him a soon-to-be breeding pair of albino Nelsies prior to my move to Taiwan. Bill gave me a very fair price. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!! snakes are very aggresive. the return policy is ridiculous and not followed by store. The owner Bill gives you the run around. 'Will never do business with this place again.
not so good the animals are not well kept, and the the staff lie about them just trying to make a sale, I have bought two reptiles from here, and the snake they power fed and was very mean, the other had a severe infection!
WOW!!! The Best Place for reptiles I have seen yet, no excuse me, the best pet store I have found, period. The whole store is clean the animals are happy and well taken care of. The staff is friendly and they know what they are talking about. I am picky about my reptiles, and my family and I have been gong from store to store for a few weeks now looking for what we wanted.
