If you care about your child never ever send them to this facility. Corporate does not care about their staff or the well being of the children. We enrolled our son in April. Since being there he has 14 incidents with him constantly getting bit by a child. He also fell get into a chair when he started in April two weeks after causing his tooth to hit the table and because he was too young to have a root canal we had to extract it. I am grateful to have discovered this Center. As a working parent of a two-year-old daughter, I required reliable childcare. I’m not one who typically leaves reviews but honestly I feel like this one is well deserved. My son has been attending Kindercare Great Valley since he was 4 months old. I can’t say it was always a smooth journey from the beginning and at one point under the previous leadership, my husband and I considered switching to another daycare due to various issues the center was experiencing (it wasn’t the teachers, they were great). Great Valley KinderCare was the third daycare we visited after relocating to Pennsylvania and it immediately stood out. Our son is now 16 months and he has been at this Kindercare since he was about 3-4 months old. At first we weren’t sure if we would be able to keep him at Kindercare. There were a few issues that we were concerned about. He has a lot of energy for his age and can be very demanding. However, as time went by they turned the program around and hired new staff.
