The staff is nice . But they are not taking your position seriously. Especially if you are on E Logs. They are extremely slow on unloading. They have several fork lift drivers. They are doing everything but unloading. And that put the drivers in a bind. Meaning, they have to sit for hours just to get unloaded. Making the drivers late getting to their next destination.
