Valley Bank is great I love my bank. This is a small bank that has great customer service. I love that it is never busy and I can always get help when I need it. It also has a convenient atm

bad news Do not use the bank on Hensley in Branson. Ask the guy when you first walk in a few questions and you will know what I mean. He will then ask the guy behind the glass, who will not know anymore than the first. I had an account and pulled it long time ago. Unfortunately my dad died and had a few accounts there. You would think when people set up an account they would tell people to put a TOD on their account. They are just making me jump threw hoops.
