Update. I do love this bank. With Stacey help from great southern bank I was able to figure out the issue and get it fixed. Thanks to Stacey again you are great, and so is great southern bank
Very pleasant and professional. Every time i have to go in i have always had a enjoyable experience.
They put a 7 day hold on payroll checks and direct deposit. They claim it's because of fraud but I've never in my life heard of a bank doing this. Especially on direct deposit. If you try to cash part of your check and deposit the rest you cannot, unless you already have whatever you're trying to keep in cash in your account balance prior to the check you're trying to cash.
