STAY AWAY! Absolutely terrible banking experience, they will hammer you with consistent fees, have incredible delays on some deposits, and overall are just a terrible bank to do business with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
We have a business account with great southern on highway k in ofallon Missouri. My card gets turned off at least once a week and I have to call back to get it turned on every time. This has always been annoying and there’s never been a solution but the final straw was when we paid $1500 for an ad campaign and that transaction went through but as we’re paying for the ads our card gets shut off after only $30. People don't know how to do their job and they sure the heck don't know how to talk to people, Dimitri I think you need to find a new job maybe in the McDonald's industry there's too many banks to put up with nonsense
We opened several accounts at the Lake Saint Louis branch and found the staff to be both welcoming and professional. We were given all the time we needed to complete our banking tasks including creating our online banking app. Jason was very helpful and took his time to explain everything in great detail. Ethan was helpful as well. I highly recommend Great Southern Bank and this location in particular.
