I’ve always liked this bank but I’m here to leave a review for Waylon Harth, he is a all around great guy and is always helpful and he is always nice, just today he was in the middle of leaving I came in and was wanting a replacement card, I told him it’s okay ur leaving I’ll wait for the other lady he insisted on helping before he left, i don’t know how much he makes but he deserves more.
I've been with this bank for over 10 years. Friendly customer service is hit and miss. Those that are, thank you. Those that act put-out because Im doing business with you, get over it. That button you push to sat Hello, is also there to communicate with your customer. Use it sometime. Then the customer wont have to use the "call teller" button and apparently ruin your day by asking for certain denomination of funds.
