Waited in drive thru for over 15 minutes to get cash. I was the only person in line!!! Do better Great Southern!
Ive been banking with great southern for over a year and ive never had a problem, their always super nice and get everything done as quickly and efficiently as possible!!
Absolutely will never go back to them! They can’t even give you change! They lost my business and my money good luck with that crap!
I called to report a $180.00 transaction pending on my account that I didn't make. She couldn't tell me if it would be days, weeks, or months before I would get my money back. I told her I was on a fixed income and needed that money She didn't seem to care. Poor customer service. Update: I went to pick up my new card today and the gentleman behind the was great. He double checked to make sure sure old card was cancelled. Then Patty Doyle tok me in her office, ,shreddedcard and issued a new one. Topnotch service 👍 and issued
Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially Zach. He has been super nice every time I go.
