Friendly interaction with Debbie. I have been with GSB for 8 years now starting when it was CUA. I have always found the service to be helpful and the staff knowledgeable. I have no intentions in ever changing as I feel like GSB are more trustworthy than the big banks.

I have been a Member of CUA latterly Great Southern Bank of Australia since 1974. Only a few weeks ago I visited the Branch in Stockland Townsville to iron out a couple of problems and there I was met by a female Teller who was the rudest and most unhelpful person that I have ever struck in such an institution! She refused to read a list of my requirements which I presented to her, telling me that she would not read that list and that I needed to tell her what I needed.
