I have been with great southern for almost 23 years, Mtn Grove location is the only location I go to and never get a word spoken to me! Not a hi, how are you or a thank you or anything! Rude! What happened to good Customer Service!
This bank is a joke! For almost a year that I have been back in mountain Grove I have been exchanging large bills for smaller bills they ask if I have an account there I said no but my husband does so they would exchange my large bills for smaller bills but now because their tellers can't count money correctly they all of a sudden start enforcing their what they claim has been a rule of the bank for years for not exchanging currency for any non customer so from now on my over the road truck driver husband all of a sudden has... read more
They advertise about personal private banking account and yet will use their so-called fraud dept as an afront to ask personal questions such as: what you are using your money for. If you tell them they are asking private personal questions, they will recommend your account to be closed to their corporate office. Has this bank gone woke?
