Having dealt with the branch previously on a home refi I figured using them for my home purchase would be easy. Not so much. Not only did I not close on time because of the underwriter,(which cost me hundreds), I had to send some of the requested information THREE times. After my CPA sent them the info AGAIN, they said they were rude and have never in 25 plus years as a CPA firm had a request like what this bank wanted.
this is the worst bank i've ever had to deal with. I had to wait 2 weeks to close out the acct and couldn't do it fast enough. If you can avoid this bank, i would HIGHLY suggest it. Its not worth your time,money, or frustration to deal with this bank. They can't even cash their OWN money orders they send to you or tell you why they can't cash it!! Its the most awful bank. DONT BANK WITH THEM!!
