I too think customer service is not a priority. The lines are very slow and I have been in mid transaction only for the teller to step away and wait on the drive through customer. There is one teller that despite waiting on me several times, always tells me "I don't know you" and asks me to sign yet a 3rd time on the withdrawl slip. Isn't my signature at the bottom good enough? She makes me feel very unimportant.
I have banked here for almost 2 years! I have put up with the slow lines, the high turn over rate of the tellers and the horrible office manager! Customer service is not part of the office managers vocabulary! Recently my car insurance messed up and they took my payment out twice! This left my account negative and so it was returned and I was charged $34.00 for this! My insurance waved their fee but of course not the bank! They needed this extra money from this single mother!
