The employees here like to lie and call police on people who stand on the public sidewalk. I'd never bank with liars.
I accidentally left my drivers license at the drive-through. One of the employees chased me down in the parking lot to give it to me. Exceptional service. Thank you.!
Kendra is awesome, she is always there to help! I give her an A+. She always come thru (notary, safe deposit box, money transfers, questions on my account). I have been a customer for 6 years now. I know she has my back.
I have been sitting in the creve coeur branch for 45 min waiting to be helped. Meanwhile the girls behind the counter are chatting about everything under the sun. Apparently, there is only one worker who is able to do anything above and beyond a typical deposit/withdraw.
