Tired of this bank(not specifically this branch) no longer allow you to lock debit card through app, locked a transaction due to potential fraud, which is fine, but unlike in the past when they texted me, they just sent an email, which I didn't see for hours. Will be going somewhere else
I always get great service at any location, but I come to this location on a regular basis. I appreciate the employee named Bill for his kind demeanor, he puts off good a good vibe.
Been with Great Southern Bank close to 30 years, personal and business accounts. Oakville branch always super nice to me and my granddaughter.
The banking experience is a nightmare with this bank from beginning to end. Rude from the time I walked in to ask for help. Sharmin Nash the manager is nothing but uninviting and harsh. I can only hope they check the cameras to see how she talked to me from the moment I asked for help. Her and the large man behind the counter belittled me and would not help with such a small issue The man even acted like he was threatening me... I had to go to another branch and close both of my accounts because how bad I was treated here.
