Needs improvement with handling checks. Customer service is great, most of the time, but my checks have done a disappear act twice, where the check cleared, i was able to spend money and then the check disappears from my statement altogether and I go negative. And the second time, once my checks reappeared and i had a positive balance, my debit card was still declined saying i had insufficient funds. I can't put gas in my vehicle to get to work or even eat because of this 'inconvenience' and have to continue to wait until th... read more
