I just started a account and I love the bank already
Went to deposit money into my account at this location (second chance because I had a $0 balance and they closed my initial account) and the manager was very rude. He interrogated me about why my account was second chance, belittling me about my expenses. I don’t know why he needed to question me because I was only there to make a deposit. He was extremely rude and I haven’t been back to that location since. After reading through the many one star reviews mention rude management, I wonder why he is still there.
Now I understand why there is not a person in the lobby or the drive thru. It should have been a sign that This was on a Friday around Lunch when banks are usually packed that I went in to open a checking acct. But I see They give people too much trouble getting accts, cashing checks etc. I get that there are scammers out here but they seem like they enjoy turning people away. Last year a client paid me by personal check. I tried to cash this small $60 personal check bc she banks with them.They were rude and made their 90 yr... read more
