Very friendly and helpful! I needed to have my checks deposited and was running late I showed up right as they were closing and the teller and manager were so helpful and patient. I am grateful for all there help.
Horrible service. Refused to provide receipts of transactions. Manager of this bank provides the worst service you can get.
I wish I could give 0 stars. I was scammed out of 1000,00. A fraudulent check was deposited into my account, no one contacted me so I thought it was ligit. Before I knew it the money was taken out of my account. I spoke with Liz in the fraud department, she had absolutely no empathy or compassion and said I willingly gave it to the scammers. So I bought four bundles of ones that equal $100 each and it is taking 20 minutes to count them in their counting machine. And they are still not done. This must be a deterrent for people not to bring your saved money to cash in. US Bank fast and no problem on 119th st.
