I have been loyal to Great Southern Bank for almost 15 years now in total. After moving from Iowa to Kansas City I signed up with this location and I am more impressed everyday by their customer service and level of care! Monica and Marie are always so kind and helpful anytime I need help!
Yeah I don’t see how these people have low ratings. Every experience I have had here had been nothing but positive and full of people who go above and beyond their duties to help me. The people who gave bad reviews were probably being insufferable to the staff and just want to complain. Thank you all for always taking care of me.
This is the greatest Bank you will ever experience I would recommend you put all your money on this Bank the staff is super friendly and always on point they offer all the normal banking services as well and if you needed a loan for a brand new Porsche this is the bank for you
This location has completely lost my business. I have been a customer for 25 years (prior Team Bank). This location faithfully finds problems and makes things as simple as making a deposit very difficult. They need to take not on how the Paola & Springhill location takes care of the customer.
