Worst customer service. Kept getting told to call different numbers and then transferred and ignored.
First time I went in to cash a check written to me by someone else who hold an account through GSB and even after I told them I was not looking to change my current bank they still used my phone number to call me to solicit. The second time I went to do the same thing and waited in the Drive-Thru for 15 min before pulling around to go inside.
