Olive/Ross branch......outstanding staff, always cheerful, competent and helpful. I've never experienced a wait at this location. Staff makes u feel welcome and like they really appreciate your business. I've had encounters with everyone from manager ,accountant reps and tellers -------all exceptional.
I use this branch because it’s two minutes from my house and I usually have a pleasant experience. Recently I had a problem I needed help with and they referred me to Andrew. Andrew took my information. He said would make the calls and get back with me. Andrew never got back with me and when I called him, he said he was very busy. Andrew wants me to call another branch. He said talk to Eve at Kirkwood branch and “go for it” he was terribly unprofessional.
Jessica was great too care of me quickly with a great attitude.
