Michael and Crew are Amazing! Very thoughtful with every aspect of the tour. Very knowledgeable and informative. Loved seeing the wildlife from a safe and respectful distance. Would 100% recommend.

Using this service is a must. They shared a lot of knowledge that was very useful to us on our trip to LeConte. The caring and all the small touches they give was very appreciated. Will definitely use this service when we return to the Smokey's 🙂 Round-trip 6/23 - 6/24. Cheri and crew

Mike is friendly and accommodating; however, a round trip turned into a one-way trip due to a rock slide and road closure. An act of God, no one's fault; however we had to hitchhike out and pay someone else for what we had already paid GSMET to do. We paid Mike $260.44 for a roundtrip ride for 3 people. Since he didn't pick us up, he chose to refund us only $86.50. So, I paid $173.94 for a 4-mile shuttle ride! I guarantee you can do better through AAA Hiker Service who will shuttle you for considerably less, and he is friend... read more

If you're considering a trip to the Smokey Mountains, I HIGHLY recommend a tour with Great Smoky Mountains Eco Tours! Not only will they take you to some of the most beautiful spots throughout the park (not to mention, at the perfect times to see and appreciate the views), their knowledge of the history, nature, & culture of the park is superb! To say we had a phenomenal time with them seems, to me, so inadequate and insufficient. It was an incredible experience!
