I really like the people working at this bank. The Hannibal branch near farm and home. The manager and tellers there are the best. Very happy with this bank so far!
I have never seen a bank so poorly put together. A couple of the tellers were really nice, but I don't even know how the bank itself is open. The debit card maker on day one took an hour to print cards. We wouldn't receive any emails that they sent us. The person to person payments wouldn't work. They close at 4. Everything that you would expect to work will not and the people that you ask for help will not be able to. If you plan on doing any actual banking, don't come here.
