Carers are fantastic, caring people who do their utmost for their clients, can't say a word against them. However, working within the organisational structure is terrible - lack of direction and leadership, no defined roles or responsibilities and top management will have you bending backwards until your spine breaks. FANTASTIC care, poor employer.
