this has been going on for 2 years every time i phoned the asian man would say they are renovating and recommend me some place else, he finally started getting nasty. i am planning to go to the police and get involved with the media, maybe dealfind could start looking after their clients. right now i a am telling everyone i know beware of dealfind nothing is true with them i think they should be shut down
Awful! I agree with the previous comment. I purchased on Groupon for Great Plains Spa, and it as been a nightmare! I have tried for the past two months to book and have been getting the run around.... I think it is a scam. I received an email on Jan 4, 2013 saying that this "spa" is going to be closed until the end of January, but I think what is happening is they are running from all of the complaints.
