Very disappointed with the customer service. Communication is poor — I had to repeatedly ask questions, and many of them were simply ignored. The staff were often unresponsive and lacked professionalism.
Worst move ever. I do not recommend this company. I am missing so many items from my move from Denver to Ohio. They did not seal the truck in my presence upon finishing loading so I could see that it was still sealed upon arrival. I believe they removed items and reloaded on another truck without my knowledge. So many items missing they must have not loaded everything back. They are suppose to let me see the truck before closing and opening it and sealing it up so I know it is still sealed upon arrival. Horrible experience a... read more
RUN,DO NOT WALK--unresponsive management--lost our truck for four days--thousands of dollars of our belongings stolen--no response from management--RUN AWAY!!!
