If there were 10 stars for a review I would do it. Have banked for years with BOA but just got tired of not dealing with actual people. Always a menu or empty lobby. With Great Plains Bank in Fort Worth I am greeted with a “person” and a friendly hello. Always offered a cup of coffee from their awesome expresso machine. They are always available and reply quickly. Everyone that works there actually cares about my financial needs! Couldn’t be happier. Check them out for sure! They make it easy!!!!!
