I have always received the help I need with my accounts. Very friendly and helpful staff. When we moved to this area I was concerned whether we would have to change banks but this location provides all of the services I need.
We tried being members, but they were never helpful. Went in yesterday for some service as they were a "sister" credit union to one of ours and they wouldn't help again. Didn't even try. Don't bother. Save yourself time. Zero customer service or concern.
