This is a great shop. They are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They were super quick on getting my bike fixed and getting me back in the mountains.
Huge props to Stella, Abe and crew!! They went above and beyond to stand behind a manufacturer defect in one of our family’s bikes. All 5 of us are proud to ride bikes from Great Northern, and our next bikes will be from them as well. Thank you!!
I really like this shop, the people are always super nice and helpful. It’s a great atmosphere and it’s cool that they serve coffee. I love that they help facilitate group rides and community events and it seems like they care about their employees which is great. All around a great bike shop.
Rented a gravel bike for a few days while visiting Glacier and Whitefish MT while on vacation with friends. Online reservation system was easy to navigate. The bike was ready and equipped with Pedals when I went to pick up bike. I had 3 people in the shop help me. The Specialized gravel bike had just enough lite suspension in headset and seat to smooth out washboard gravel sections. World class bike shop with great people and friendly staff. I’ll be back in the Fall!
These guys rock! They sorted out my adapted MTB and got me all set for the trails! Super friendly and went above and beyond.
