Getting a bike fit with Matt was an excellent experience. He was super attentive, professional, and thorough in making sure my bike was set up perfectly for me. You can tell he really cares about getting every detail right. I highly recommend Matt if you’re looking for a dialed, personalized bike fit.
I purchased a pair of skis here while vacationing in Whitefish. The staff was all very friendly and extremely helpful! They were kind enough to mount the bindings while I waited so I could ski on them the next day!! I can't say enough good things about this shop and the employees, A+ customer service! Will definitely stop in again next time we're in town! Bonus points for a great dinner recommendation!
My boyfriend (J) discovered GNC&S three weeks ago. He spoke with Kate, the manager, who clearly knows ski gear and skier needs. Feeling confident in their shop J made an appointment with Tom to have custom footbeds made during our return trip two weeks later. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I made an appointment the same day for an existing boot adjustment. Henry helped me out and got my boot fitting perfect. He was very attentive and I was in and out very quickly. The prices are very affordable too. Next time I need new boots I will absolutely be making a special trip here to specifically buy from Great Northern.
Was visiting Whitefish to ski but experienced significant pain from my new boots. Really tried to push it off until I came back home, but ended up calling Great Northern to see if they had a boot fitter available and could squeeze me in.
