Rachel is wonderful, she has helped me with an issue with my arm that has been going on for 3 years now (yes I did physical therapy) and it's finally getting better thanks to her!!! Rachel can help with all kinds of things just ask her and she will let you know if she can help you or not. Yes you might have to go 3 or 4 times but it is so worth it.
