Everyone that I dealt with on a new construction loan was polite, friendly, responsive, and professional. The mortgage loan officer was extremely knowledgeable and explained the process, the requirements, and each of the documents. All of our questions were answered. I highly recommend Great Midwest for all of your banking needs!

Melissa was absolutely the best to work with on our construction loan. Very very responsive!!! Since we have moved to Wisconsin from California it has been hard to find people that get answers for you same day. Talk about a breath of fresh air!!!
