Taylor consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service. Recently, we encountered a situation with a “ lemon” regarding our Tahoe. We kept Taylor informed of the process, and she went above and beyond to assist us. When we informed her that we had received the offer letter from GM, she promptly advised us to apply for the loan by 4:51 pm. Does not deserve any stars. Don’t open a loan they don’t report it to the credit bureau so your debt to income ratio is off! And if you’re set up with automatic payments, they screw that up to they owed me over $700 and I can’t even tell you if they owed me any fees that they took overdraft fees I didn’t even bother checking. I had money in savings but aside for Bills when you transfer from savings to checking, it’s a three dollar charge. I was charged $35 charges times two. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. You are charged $25.00 for a loan APPLICATION, charged $5.00 to open an account. But you need to put $15.00 in the account to even open it. And they refuse to give you your money back when you want to close your account. I've had some terrible experiences at banks, but this is by far the worst. I would search elsewhere for a credit union. This is just a place to throw away money. They didn't tell me any of this information when I applied. Save your time and money.
