This review is only for the new office on route 9. It looks like different or new employees. I absolutely love GMFCU and have been with them for a long time. Staff is usually very helpful and welcoming! At this new office they walked away and stared at me from the drive thru that said open. Then I went inside and they did not talk to me or seem very welcoming.

100% the best place to go for financing a new auto loan or refinancing an existing one! The staff at Great Meadow truly care about what they do. They always take the time to clearly explain everything, making the whole process simple and stress-free. I was shopping for the best auto loan rate and GMFCU popped up with the absolute lowest rate, lower than SEFCU (Broadview) who I have had my entire life. I walked in having never heard of them other than Google, and Taylor and the kind woman at the desk helped me set up an account, apply for an auto loan, and walk out with the approved, certified check all within an HOUR!!!! I just opened an account for the first time. Person helping me seemed to be very helpful and knowledgeable. However, I was very disappointed about the fact that none of the employees were wearing masks. I don’t care if you’re vaccinated or not… You should still be considerate to other people, and wear a mask. It made me very nervous being in there.
