Kaitlin was amazing today at the branch by the drive inns. She found exactly what I was asking for and put tons of effort into answering my not so easy questions. I appreciate all her time and effort!
I am so grateful for the help I recently received from Kim Purner with refinancing my car! She helped me understand the process easily, went over my different options patiently, and was able to move quick enough to get it done before the end of day on a Friday! This review is only for the new office on route 9. It looks like different or new employees. I absolutely love GMFCU and have been with them for a long time. Staff is usually very helpful and welcoming! At this new office they walked away and stared at me from the drive thru that said open. Then I went inside and they did not talk to me or seem very welcoming.
