I was shopping for the best auto loan rate and GMFCU popped up with the absolute lowest rate, lower than SEFCU (Broadview) who I have had my entire life. I walked in having never heard of them other than Google, and Taylor and the kind woman at the desk helped me set up an account, apply for an auto loan, and walk out with the approved, certified check all within an HOUR!!!! I just opened an account for the first time. Person helping me seemed to be very helpful and knowledgeable. However, I was very disappointed about the fact that none of the employees were wearing masks. I don’t care if you’re vaccinated or not… You should still be considerate to other people, and wear a mask. It made me very nervous being in there.
Not a good bank. Gonna be closing my account.
GMFCU has helped my fiance Ryan Phillips within a short period of time for his car loan and an additional loan.
