Even though Bob is a good reupholsterer, he is not a man of his word and cannot be trusted. After he reupholsteted our living room furniture, I chose fabric to have two matching. pillows made and gave him a $100 deposit (He asked for $150.) That was seven months ago. Not hearing back from him and having no response to my phone calls or emails I then requested a refund and canceled the order. I had no response and again requested a refund and cancelation. Bob was great to work with, did a beautiful job in a timely fashion - would highly recommend him and will l use him again.
An overall great experience! Bob came to look at the three pieces I needed redone. 2 club chairs and an ottoman. We picked out the fabric, and he took them with him to recover. Very impressed with the quality of his workmanship. Less than two weeks and he brought everything back. Quality work at a fair price. Highly recommend!
Bob is a professional came out to house very pleasant to talk to about the job. Said be done in week and it was wife is very happy with the way they look highley recommend
