What an awful experience. After leaving the installation I discovered they left my water spigot running. I didn't get to inspect the install till three days later and my water bill had doubled. Not only that, they broke my hose caddy and spigot adaptor. When letting them know, they accused me of lying and claimed that without any video footage to prove my claim there's nothing they would do about it. Very SHODDY work, this tongue and groove crap will never hold up. Came back 1 month later reset the gate, dropped 2 post that i told them were off in the beginning, only reinforced the gate posts. Buddy is arogant and had many reasons that the fence was flimsy. Waste of hard earned money. No stars.
We just had them install over 275' feet of the Dogwood / Haven series in white. I signed the paperwork in early spring, and had asked them to see what they could do to work with me as we were getting trespassers weekly. They were able to help me out and move me up in the schedule. I worked with Rich in getting the quote, and he helped me revise it short notice. The morning we were supposed to have the install, was very windy and rainy. I got a call at 8:10AM from the lead saying they cant install but will be there tomorrow.... read more
