Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in any business. Hi Larry, I have owned the bike for only three months and the battery was getting impossible to lock back in. The level 2 needs to be locked with the key so you can ride it.There was a good chance of breaking the key trying to lock it. I asked the guy what would happen if I broke the key he said “ I “ would have to replace it with a new key and lock set. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in any business.
After buying 3 bikes from them on two separate occasions I've got to say that there good customer service on the phone and in person is no fluke. They always answer my questions and the test rides are great because they really help you choose the right bike for your needs.
I called to see if they had e bike chain wax or e-bike chain lube. They do not! How do you service e-bikes or are even considered an e-bike store but don’t sell these specific maintenance products?? Walmart carry’s what you don’t lol
Tony at the Bay City location was such a help and answered all of our questions. Insisted on us riding multiple bikes to ensure we got the perfect one. Made sure it was all tuned up before we took it home and even helped us load up.
