Very very very slow
Bad experience & Worse enough to share. I had an issue and came to this bank to get help. They had me waste my time filling out a deposit slip, when I showed the teller my check and explained the issue ahead of time. Shelli the supervisor came over and told me that if I was a branch member and not a shared member that they could help me. I then asked to set up an account to become a member & they declined that option for me because the person that opened new accounts was not in. Why say that in the 1st place? We have been at GLCU for years. After Grace left so did the service (with the exception of one of the managers). I’m not sure why making a deposit at this branch takes so much time (compared to our other bank) except that I feel they’re looking through the account. The one manager is extremely rude and certainly should not be in a customer service position. The company now decided to start their hours at 10:00 am at the drive through. How does a Credit Union or Bank think they’re servicing their customers at such a late time... read more
