Update drive thru hours. Wasted a trip because Google thinks your drive thru is open til 530pm
Very very very slow
Bad experience & Worse enough to share. I had an issue and came to this bank to get help. They had me waste my time filling out a deposit slip, when I showed the teller my check and explained the issue ahead of time. Shelli the supervisor came over and told me that if I was a branch member and not a shared member that they could help me. I then asked to set up an account to become a member & they declined that option for me because the person that opened new accounts was not in. Why say that in the 1st place?
