First time in this bank, Miss Shelli was very helpful and very courteous to me. Will be back soon.
My wife and I have been a members for a long time. Mostly the service has been good. But our last couple visits the service has been poor. The tellers are always distracted and always on their cellphones, they have cold attitudes and anytime we make withdrawals the teller asks what the cash will be used for. As a customer, we expect to be treated with respect! Unfortunately, we have come to the understanding Great Lakes Credit Union cares less for their customer's and carr more about their own wellbeing bottom-line!
This morning I wanted to cash a check. The teller lady was very unprofessional and didn't great in proper way. I was disappointed!
Krista Oehlberg is the absolute best branch manager I have ever dealt with. I had a hold on a check and needed the funds to make a purchase for my business. She calmly helped me understand and worked with me to meet my goal and purchase the materials. I will be recommending GLCU to anyone who asks for a great CU!! Thank you for your help! Richard
