i absolutely hate this bank the customer service is great at the actual branch but they constantly charged me overdraft fees when i have the money in my acct positive nobody reached out to me they charged me an overdraft fee for $1.38 of $30 bucks per transaction i never ever experienced so much bad customer care over the phone i am absolutely changing my bank asap this is by far the worse bank to better your credit score it's a scam
If your someone who depends on your money around the holiday this bank is not for you. Funds will be released after the holiday unlike other banks. Seriously thinking switching to another bank
My father has been a loyal member and account holder since the early 1960's when he was active duty enlisted Navy. Since he passed away in June (5 months ago) I have not been able to get directly in touch with anyone in the legal department to close his accounts and issue the funds to his estate despite the fact that I am the legal executor.
