FRAUD !!!!! GREAT LAKES CREDIT UNION (SPECIFICLY THIS LOCATION) ALLOWED A FRAUD CHECK $24,000 TO CLEAR! WHEN I CONTACTED THE FRAUD DEPARTMENT, I GOT A RUN AROUND AND FINALLY GOT AN EMAIL RESPONSE BACK. ALL THEY DID WAS KEEP TELLING ME TO WORK WITH MY BANK. I TOLD THEM I DID! THAT IS HOW I WAS ABLE TO OBTAIN A PHOTO OF THE FAKE CHECK. THEY KEPT SAYING THE SAME THING- TO WORK WITH MY BANK. THEY WERE NOT CONCERNED AND NO HELP. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No problems here in 20 years. My go to is consumers tho.
i absolutely hate this bank the customer service is great at the actual branch but they constantly charged me overdraft fees when i have the money in my acct positive nobody reached out to me they charged me an overdraft fee for $1.38 of $30 bucks per transaction i never ever experienced so much bad customer care over the phone i am absolutely changing my bank asap this is by far the worse bank to better your credit score it's a scam
If your someone who depends on your money around the holiday this bank is not for you. Funds will be released after the holiday unlike other banks. Seriously thinking switching to another bank
