Anytime I have an issue it’s always hard to connect with them to solve the issue. They have plenty different numbers to call but they all do the same thing which is having you wait for long periods of time just to speak with a representative. They’ve just updated the mobile banking app and I’m locked out because it told me to change my password but when I go to put my account information in it tells me that my information isn’t on record and to call. Great experience
2018 This is a small facility, therefore a wait for service is the norm. Never seems to be enough tellers available. Hats, hoodies and sunglasses must be removed upon entry, for obvious reasons. I've been a member 6 months, it has been ok. One security guard makes the effort to be as friendly as possible. 2020 This CU meets my needs just fine. I have always had such a pleasant experience at Great Lakes Credit Union in Country Club Hills, IL. The customer service at the drive up has always been excellent. In fact the tellers oftentimes brings a smile to my face after a hard day. Today was one of an unusual encounter. I was given such hard time to withdraw my funds. I put the usual information on the form to include my account number, social, credit union affiliation, amount, signature and gave my id.
