2018 This is a small facility, therefore a wait for service is the norm. Never seems to be enough tellers available. Hats, hoodies and sunglasses must be removed upon entry, for obvious reasons. I've been a member 6 months, it has been ok. One security guard makes the effort to be as friendly as possible. 2020 This CU meets my needs just fine. I do not have an account at GLCU but I have an account with Credit Union of Southern California, but I went to GLCU to deposit cash, being out of the state of California. I did this in Illinois. The teller who helped me was very dry and had an attitude. Tell me why it took 30 minutes to deposit less than 1000? She had an attitude and still took forever to help me. Zero knowledge of customer service. Her name is Sabrina at Country Club Hills branch.
