I been a member with great lakes for over 5 years and so far, I never had an issue with them until now. My account got hacked drained all my account and when I called them to report the issue instead of the bank having my back as a member of the credit union all I got was a we can't do anything until the 60 day investigation period concludes until then I won't see my money back. Everytime i come here, they make me wait 30mins while they verify my account. Every time. They also won't allow me to utilize the drive through My union forces us to use them for our vacation fund. They can not close this account and they refuse to treat me with decently or with any sort of respect.
They always answer my questions they are very patient and helpful.. I think they can have more people working in the front at times but over all they do pretty good
2018 This is a small facility, therefore a wait for service is the norm. Never seems to be enough tellers available. Hats, hoodies and sunglasses must be removed upon entry, for obvious reasons. I've been a member 6 months, it has been ok. One security guard makes the effort to be as friendly as possible. 2020 This CU meets my needs just fine.
