This is the worst bank!! I would recommend digging a hole in the back yard and hiding it before using this bank. It will be easier to get your money if you do so. Ever since Hawthorne Credit Union was purchased by Great Lakes it has been a horrible experience. Make a deposit there is a problem, make a withdrawal there’s a problem. Once upon a time this was my go to bank. The staff were friendly and helpful and for someone getting my first credit card and such, they seemed phenominal for years. Until I started paying attention. Services and alerts I signed up for I have to sign up for repeatedly because either they didn't actually do it, or they gave a completely different phone number and now my cards just randomly get declined.
